  We had lunch here with family for my daughters 16th birthday. The food was good but the service could've been much better. We got our food and had to wait and ask for silverware. After we got our silverware is when she asked is everything was OK. That was the only time she came back. We had to ask a food runner - to get us a refill. I seen all of the other severs several times. I work in the restaurant industry as a manager and this was unexceptionable. We had to ask for our bill then after we paid it and left the cash tip she came running out the door yelling we forgot something then said oh that is the tip sorry for the bad service. We left the gentleman more of a tip that we left her. I typically tip VERY good but a tip is not just a percentage of your bill it is the quality of service you get. All of the other servers were very attentive to their guests.

  Waitress,Tara, was not friendly at all. Never introduced herself,was in a hurry and just not friendly.. Our order wasn't right when it was brought to us. Sucks cause I love coming here to eat and sit on the deck and look over the water.

  We took our father to Ainsley's for father day today and it was our 1st time eating here. It was a horrible experience. Our waitress did not even smile or introduce herself. After she took our drink order at 7pm we did not see or hear from her until after our food arrived. She did not give us any silverware nor did she ask us if we needed any refills for the 90 minutes that we sat there. She took our order, gave us our drinks, asked us if we got everything we ordered and gave us our check at the end-HORRIBLE service. Thankfully, throughout dinner-the bus boy-asked us if we needed refills, gave us silverware, and had a wonderful conservation with us- very nice young man. and we appreciate him checking on us.
